Choosing a personal trainer in Dubai can be quite hard. You have many different options, all at different prices. We can’t talk about other companies but this is what you get when you choose us.
Personal Training Sessions
Our sessions generally last 45 – 60 minutes. We will show you how to warm up properly using foam rolling to improve muscle quality, then take you through a dynamic warm up specific to you goals and movement capabilities. we can also start to work on some movement deficiencies you may have, which should help improve posture over time.
Next, we will take you through the resistance part of the workout. Utilising free weights, kettlebells, TRX, body weight and much more. All exercise specific to you and your goals.
Lastly, if needed we will work on conditioning. Not your boring running on the treadmill. We can use circuits, sprints, boxing, tyres, battle ropes and just about anything that will get your heart racing.
Personal training sessions are only part of the equation. We want to know how many calories you burn each day. We will ask you to complete an activity diary, over the 24hr period we want you to detail your every movement. When you shower, when you eat, how long you work and when you drive. Then we can get a more accurate estimation of your daily calorie expenditure. Once we have this we can daily your nutrition to your needs.
Alongside your activity diary, we will ask you to complete a food diary. Once we have this we can estimate your daily calorie intake, if you are deficient in any minerals and water, the foods you eat that contain the most calories and what do change in your diet to get you moving in the right direction.
We add you to our training app. This contains the workouts that we want you to do, exercise videos to keep you right and a workout schedule.
